For the English speaking people, is there in the bible where it stresses that the Lord is the one doing the cleasing? Some of the verses i have gathered states that we have a role to play in our walk of holiness. living a holy life is more of an action from our side and a choise that we have to make: It is therefore wrong for me to live and dwell in sin expcting the Lord to come and take me from it. I have to make the free will choice and allow him and that is when the sanctification takes place. We are urged to flee sin, run away from, turn our backs to, yet some peopke have refused to do that and thinking that the grace of the Lord allows us to sin as we wish..once saved forever saved! (A man therefore purges himself, he does the action)
