For the last 10 years, Singapore has been building its ability in production and pre production. Moving forward, in order to sustain and survive, we need to build our own creative and business leadership in the animation field. Hopefully through this sharing of my experience, I can inspire and motivate more people to build their own dreams. Be independent and take control of your own destiny. I didnt come from a rich family. And I did not depend on any rich investor. From ground zero, I build a 3 to 4 man company. And during the peak, we were 120 man in strength. Looking back, I never regret. The journey has brought me to places I never dare to dream of. And it has taught me many valuable lessons. Not just about business. But also life in general.
