For the next week I am going to be away on a fabulous trip, so I dont want yall to get rusty or bored while Im gone! Here is a 7 day challenge to bridge the gap until our next squat challenge begins. Saturday will be a rest day, thats important. So begin this plank series on Sunday, heres the schedule: Sunday 20 second hold Monday 30 second hold Tuesday 40 second hold Wednesday 50 second hold Thursday 60 second hold Friday 75 second hold Saturday 90 second hold If you want to do more, go for it! But challenge yourselves. No pain no gain. Make sure your form is right, your shoulders should be above your wrists and your butt should be flat like a board. Do not lift your butt in the air or let it drop below you. When it gets hard push your heels back and engage your core and behind. I know you guys can do this!! I would like one or two people to volunteer to make sure everyone is checking in while Im gone. Any volunteers?
