For the past 13 years of my life it’s been nothing but waking up - TopicsExpress

For the past 13 years of my life it’s been nothing but waking up for 5 days a week, heading to a school building where the next 7 hours was spent eager to learn. After today that all ends, graduation will be upon me and the tassel will turn before you know it. Through my years as a student in the Clay County Public School System, I have met many wonderful teachers that hasn’t only increased my knowledge about curriculum but that has also taught me life lesson that will get me far in life. Over the years I’ve practiced the golden rule my parents had instilled in me of “treat others the way you want to be treated” and by that simply act I’ve became not only a student to some teachers but also a dear friend. I want to just take a moment and briefly recognize all the wonderful teachers that’s made a difference in my life. Each of them was most definitely God sent and I can guarantee I would be a much different person if we never crossed paths. Vickie Couch, Joyce Mills, Sherry Reed, Karen Grubb, Elisha Sester, Liana Hensley, Libby Botkins Davis, Amanda Sester Grubb, William R. Lyttle, and Martina Bray. Thanks to each of you tagged in this status for going above and beyond your calling as a teacher to take the time and effort to get to know your students.
