For the past century;that has been the system I guest,it never changes people are bound to do things they would regret sooner or later.mistakes like wrong decision,wrong approach,maltreatment and the likes, but then they say wise people always apologise and correct their mistakes promptly.so why not the west bend down on their knees and ask for forgiveness of hundrend years of slavery in Africa,and making the region less develop compare to the other side of the world.enough I enough Africa has come of age.
