For the past few weeks Ive been going through a difficult time in my life and after years of dealing with my own head issues Ive finally acted on addressing the issues instead of masking them. Im not trying to look for sympathy or any sort of acknowledgment, Im just putting it out there that if your in the same boat that you should see someone too as it has helped more then I ever thought. After seeing a councillor it has opened up my mind and to more then I thought and this is only the beginning. So please, dont be afraid of being judged for something 1 in 3 of us will go through.
