For the past more than 1 hour I was watching live debate about " Ethiopia After Meles: The Future of Democracy and Human Rights and USA Relations with Ethiopia" organized by American council Foreign Affairs, Sub Committee on Africa. Both, criticizers and Supporters of EPRDF put good points. Now the committee took a break for series vote. Finally the Committee chairman, Mr. Smith highly said the committee will " Introduce Ethiopian Human Rights Act" and criticized Ethiopian government, but for me their decision has no such a big impact on Ethiopian government, bcz first it their alliance, second the change can not come from out side Ethiopia.
