For the peeps wondering if Remy and I are home from hospital: confession time... *whispers* We were never there ;) Remy was born at home (waterbirth) under the care of my beautiful midwife Hazel Keedle, the catch was fielded by Dave Hitchick, and big brother Finn cut the umbilical cord, eager for a cuddle. What was it like? It was calm, funny and happy :) I know that homebirth might not be for everyone but we were blessed with an amazing experience and I am left again with the profound impression that our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made. So yes, we are home :)
