For the record, I LOVE this FB group. Now I am party to loads of other property groups but find them VERY up their own arse! At least on here you can say what you want, talk about deals, be frank, comment and post and not be subject to some admin that feels the need to have some sort of dictorial Dr Evil control and banish and delete members for not meeting some junior-school headmasters over-zealous rules, whilst other wannabee mini-mes suck up to him and stroke his ego with repeated you are so great posts, for being such a good FB-group dictator. FFS, the real property world is out there people, get out and do some deals, take some real world risks, get your hands dirty, really dirty, f*ck up, make mistakes, make money, lose money and learn the REAL way in property rather than sucking up to these so called Gurus and Mentors that post a picture of a palm tree and super-car and youre all of a sudden weak at the knees!
