For the record I dont agree with some of the things this guy is saying in this video or his approach. The reason is because we need more representative policing. If he feels the policys of the police do not support him and that its the senior management of the police which are the problem. Then asking current BME officers to put down their badges and leave their jobs wont change a thing. We need to be part of the system to change it!! Also shouting in the faces of Low ranked officers, being confrontational is not going to tackle the root issue. This why Im glad Im going to be at the #HouseOfLords next week on issue of representative policing in the UK. #AllLivesMatter #NeverForget #BlackLivesMatter I believe in the campaign of Black Lives Matter, that people are coming together to stand up for whats right.
