For the second summer in a row I have not worked...last year between jobs and this year with my broken arm. The weather has been mostly nice and Kari and I read on the dock most days. It occurred to me today that no matter how much fun we have wakeboarding or tubing, I think my favorite time on the lake is this quiet time between the weekends, when you can really appreciate all that the lake is without boats, jet skis, etc...just Kari and me, sitting pn the dock, reading...the best!
