For the second time I am advising the government to cancel and re-issue all birth certificates, IDs and Passports. People should only be re-issued with these documents after a thorough screening, not by police, chiefs or immigration officers, but by the military. The issue of nationality and residence is a security issue no effort should be spares to get Kenya undesirable people. I am told most Somali businesses in Nairobi are owned not by Kenyan Somalis but by Somalia Somalis. I am also told there are so many Pakistanis working in Kenya illegally. Second naturalised Europeans from war torn parts of the world have found Nairobi am easy place to do illegal and legal business. These are the people suspected to be giving intelligence to our enemies. The government must act now. If there is no legal framework to invalidate these documents for now, the government should use its majority in parliament and the current good will to pass the relevant law. Dawa ya Moto ni Moto.
