For those asking about correct squat form for strength and muscular development...please read carefully if you are embarking on squats of any kind and remember the machines mimic the squat so dont get lazy and just slopping the weight around. Plan and execute details before movement. Think and position before you do the weight. Know what you are engaging, stabilizing and contracting. Not all of this may be relevant to your training but the technique is there. And please stop slouching everyone 😎😎😎😎. What you do the other 23 hours a day matters, just like your diet!
