For those attending we need registration forms completed to lock in your bowling spot and your t shirt order form if you plan on purchasing ASAP. If you plan on attending but not bowling we need a head count of how many people will be attending with you so we can ensure we provide enough food. If you cant print registration form or would like one mailed to you message Jill Blawat or Brittany Blawat your address and we can mail you a registration form right away.
