For those doing the Fall Nutrition Challenge - need some motivation: Take a piece of paper out & a pen or pencil (yes a good ole fashion piece of paper & an actual writing utensil) Now write down why every reason you are doing this challenge - exhaust all reason - dont limit yourself. Just write down what comes to mind - you can clean up the list later, dont worry about overlapping. After you have exhausted all reasons, condense that list & put that list somewhere you can assess it easily - maybe take a photo of it with you IPhone. Then review that list a few times a day. Do this & see what happens - I am confident it will help you meet your goal.
