For those of You that Think they have an Idea about recovery (whatever that is supposed to mean) from Individual Workouts, Think Again! Subject DV worked out on consecutive Days with the Identical Workout and actually performed better the second workout save one Exercise. Is it Prudent to work out on consecutive Days - Likely Not! But in this case scenario, this Individual is Not Impacted nearly as much as my Other Trainees - Not even close. Also keep in Mind is that this Trainee trains as Hard as She can. Simply Stated; her ability to recruit any more than say 10 Percent of the Muscle Mass worked in an all out effort is fleeting. This aspect evidently reduces the systemic (total body) effect - so recovery is Quick beyond Belief. On the other Hand, I have a Subject GP that requires a once a Week Workout in order to Recover. Results are there for Both, but you can then throw out the one size fits all recovery aspect, it Simply wont fit all cases, unless you are still a True Believer. Note: These same aspects were understood by Arthur Jones some 30 Plus Years ago, but Most of those findings were unpublished to the Mainstream at the Time and when they finally were, No One could really understand them or have even Read them. I have many Video Lectures of Jones saying just this.
