For those of you bashing me for having an Amazon wish list, please read before you make uneducated assumptions! I appreciate your feedback on this subject and your feelings towards it, so I would like to expand upon the subject and allow you to fully understand the concept. I am featured in Playboy Mexicos August issue. The cost of the issue is $9 pesos, which is $12 US dollars, after the conversion exchange rate. To ship just ONE magazine from Mexico to the United States, going through a customs check is $15 US dollars. This totals to $27 per issue that I pay out of my pocket just to get the magazine to my residence. Once the magazine is at my residence, I sign it, and ship it out to whomever wanted a signed copy. Depending on where the individual lives, on average, it costs me between $4 & $7 to send it via the US Postal service. After it is all said and done, I have spent $34 of my own money, to send out a signed copy of a Playboy magazine, to a fan who wished to have it. Most of my items on my wish list are $9 or less. I simply am trading items. All I have asked is that if someone wants a signed copy, they purchase something from my wish list, with a minimum of $30 value; approximately $4 LESS than what it costs me to get them an issue - that is signed! In a nutshell, this is a trade. And a pretty fair one at that. This is simple business 101...
