For those of you interested. I talked to the child care provider who had the inspection from hell yesterday. The inspector did come back. The provider challenged her on several write ups and had proof to back up her concerns. The inspector actually gave her an apology and fixed all the mistakes that she had made. Maybe this was a learning experience for us ALL. When you are in a position of authority you need to be reasonable. When being treated unfairly we need to speak up in a respectful, intelligent manner. And all of us need to do a better job of KEEPING our ducks in a row! Glad everything turned out ok. Way to be grown ups! Lol
