For those of you that didnt know, Walmart blew up my dream car! I have always wanted a BMW and finally had the chance to buy one, It is a 2009 330XI. I took it to their service center to have an oil change. Cant mess that up right? WRONG! My car calls for 4.7 quarts of fully synthetic 5w 30 Castro Oil. They put almost 9 quarts of 20w 50 Rotella HD diesel oil in it. It has been a battle, to say the least, to get the repairs made. Grayson BMW in Knoxville had been working on it for around a month now. First off, Walmart had it towed down to Knoxville from Jefferson City. Grayson has multi dealerships all located together, BMW, Mini Cooper, Audi and others. Well they dropped my car behind the paint and body shop at the Mini Cooper dealership. Didnt tell anyone what to do, no more, nothing. So after a week of not hearing anything, i called to check on it. Thats when all the shit started. Then once it finally got in the shop they, Walmart, tried to wiggle out of doing repairs directly related to what they had done. So now, after trying to half ass everything theyve ended up having to put a new crate motor ,shipped from Germany, thanks to the people at the dealership for not letting Walmart get by with their shananagans! They even offered the shop manager a $2000 bribe to say that part of the damage was pre-existing! Now they are out a little over $13000 dollars and thats just what they have to pay Grayson. That doesnt count my rental car, and what the lawyer i had to retain is going after them for now. All they wouldve had to do was fix what they messed up, and owned up to their mistake and it wouldve cost a whole lot less but now I told the Lauer to get every penny he could get! So now i hope you guys will help me in making sure Walmart doesnt do this crap to anyone else. Share this with everyone you know and ask them to share. Get this across the nation so everyone will know just what shit Walmart tries to get away with! Walmart is already at the top of my hate list and this little video clip right here has just pushed them to the number one spot!
