For those of you that have your 50 lbs bags of wheat, yeast in the freezer and grain mill in the cabinet somewhere and planning to make bread when SHTF. You had best drag all of it out and start practicing. Bread making is not the easiest thing ever invented. We have been making bread every other day and trying out some new recipes and I am glad we are not depending on this as a life or death meal. The pigs even turned their noses up at the French onion bread. So please practice , practice and practice and even try doing it old school . Scott let me order a solar oven yesterday so we will be trying that out as soon as it shows up. If you can utilize your preps they a worthless.
