For those of you who have followed my weight loss journey it appears to be over. I have stopped losing and have stabalized at about 280 lbs. So far thats a loss of 240 lbs. Now I have to wait for one year before I can have surgery to remove approximaitely 25 lbs of excess skin. After the skin removal I will be light enough to get both knees and hips replaced. To all who have supported me with kind words, thank you.
