These are dogs that are at the Cleveland Animal Control. Some may be available for adoption. Others are too sick and need to find foster and rescue. Fosters can foster to adopt dogs through the rescue that pulls. This is a link to dogs that were saved from CAC by rescue organziations that are searching for adopters and some also need foster homes.
