For those of you who know Mary, she has been very active in the Shirley Ann Pratt and De Anna Lynns case. Below is what she posted earlier this morning. Good luck Mary, we are behind you 100% my friend. Today is Marvin Ray Markle Jrs sentencing for the murder of Shirley Ann Pratt. Many things have happened that led up to this day. I, along with many, many other folks have anxiously been waiting for this day and though we have been waiting, praying and begging for this day it will be emotional on so many different levels. Please keep the Pratt family in your prayers and send positive thoughts their way to get through this day. From the very first day that I was asked to help in the Pratt case by Butte County and from the very first second I heard Nicole Rachelles voice on the phone I made a promise to her that I would support her and stand by her side through all of this, all the way to the end. Well Nicole, my dear friend here we are, I will see you at the Butte County Superior Court house today at 1 pm. Today we get to hear the judge throw the book at Ziggy, basically we get to hear the judge tell Marvin Ray Markle Jr. that he will never hurt another person, ever again and that he will live in a cage like the animal that he is for the rest of his pathetic and worthless life. Good, bad and/or ugly but it is what got us to this day. JUSTICE HAS PREVAILED FOR SHIRLEY ANN PRATT. De Anna Lynn, I am not finished with this fight hon. Justice for you, your family, friends and community is coming next. I will do my best to push the VVPD and the Solano County District Attorneys office to go forward and hope and pray they do the right thing.
