For those of you who remember Mama (Walmart) Dog, well here she is just after a FEW days with me. I brought her to my friends apartment since shes in Dallas so I could spend time with her. I THOUGHT SHE WAS SEMI FERAL BUT SHE HAD ME FOOLED. She had MANY people fooled. This girl is the SMARTEST street dog Ive ever seen. She was on the busy streets surviving at least 18 months that I know of myself. I would try to find her every day at Walmart and when I would see her, Id feed her. She would never ever let me or anyone catch her. I even tried a trap and she was just too smart to go inside. Well one lucky day, she crossed Saratoga ALMOST getting hit 3 times and ended up near my gated subdivision. I called her and walked 7 blocks to my house and got her to follow me in my backyard and FINALLY MAMA DOG WAS CAUGHT. I was in shock, the dog I would lose sleep over was actually in my backyard. I can tell you there where weeks/months that would go by and I thought she was DEAD. WELL LOOK AT HER NOW!!!! SHE KNOWS COMMANDS, LAYS DOWN FOR TREATS, ROLLS OVER WHEN TOLD, GIVES HIGH FIVE, GOES IN CRATE WHEN TOLD AND EVEN ON HER OWN, SHE WALKS GREAT ON A LEASH, SHE STAYS BACK WHEN TOLD TO, JUMPS IN CAR AND SITS RIGHT DOWN, DOES NOT CHEW OR TEAR ANYTHING UP AND IS JUST THE SMARTEST GIRL IVE EVER SEEN. She is spayed, UTD on shots and dewormed. She is heartworm positive being that she was on the streets so long, but Im willing to pay for treatment. She NEEDS the perfect loving home. She will make someone very happy because I swear she is just the best most loyal girl. Id keep her, but all my begging has not worked. I cant keep her at my friends apartment for long. Im thankful she can go back to the Barnyard Sanctuary in there outside kennel but she really needs a FOREVER loving home where she can stay inside. WHOEVER ADOPTS HER WILL BE THE LUCKIEST PERSON ON EARTH. SHED BE GREAT WITH A COUPLE (OLDER KIDS) AND MAYBE ONE DOG. SHE LIKES TO HAVE ALL THE ATTENTION. SHE DOESNT REALLY PAY ATTENTION TO OTHER DOGS SINCE SHES HAD TO SURVIVE ON HER OWN FOR SO LONG. Here is just one video, I will share more separate since I can only post one here.
