For those of you who saw The Bible, what was wrong with the scene in the synagogue? I’m very pleased that we have made it to the New Testament and we’re going to “jump” right in and try to cover 4 whole chapters (see outline below) from the Gospels. I say try because we could spend several days and not even complete John chapter 1…there’s a lot of good “stuff” in these 4 chapters! 22. 6 B.C.-A.D. 30 The birth of the king The Word—John 1 According to your word—Luke 1 Committed—Matt. 1 To Bethlehem—Luke 2 Movements—Matt. 2 His Father’s house—Luke 2 If someone asked you to explain if Jesus is fully God and man, how would these passages help?
