For those of you wishing we had better cell phone service, heres how you can help! After speaking with AT&T this week, here is what we were told to do: 1. Call 611 on your AT&T device. 2. Press 0 to speak to a customer service representative. 3. Tell AT&T that we NEED better reception at Longs Retreat (50 Bell Hollow Rd., Latham, Ohio 45646) 4. Ask them to file a Network Incident Tracker report 5. Also mention that one of the new cellular towers that AT&T is planning to construct needs to be close to us!
