As I am sure you are aware, craigslist is full of scams so I hope you will not mind if we check the ownership of the home with the Pulaski county assessors office to ensure that you do own the home. Please dont take this as a sign of disrespect but as you say you work hard to keep your house nice, I work hard to ensure the safety of my family and our money that we work hard to make. If everything checks out, and we like the house, ensure that we will keep it better than our own. My Dad taught me an old saying that I still hold dear today, Dont treat my stuff as your own, you might not care about your stuff, treat it as if it is mine.
