For those that have Time Warner Cable: ----------------------- Time Warner Cable and CBS have reached a "content carriage agreement." According to a CBS press release, programming is scheduled to resume by 6 p.m. ET Monday. The agreement includes carriage of Showtime Networks, CBS Sports Network and Smithsonian Channel. A fee dispute one month ago resulted in the cable provider blacking out CBS and Showtime in New York, Los Angeles and other markets. Nearly 3 million subscribers were left without CBS channels. AP story continues below: Specific terms of the deal were not disclosed. The agreement includes retransmission fees that the cable operator pays to CBS per subscriber, which had been a sticking point. Added pressure was on the two companies to reach an agreement since the start of football season, plus the U.S Open tennis tournament, are slated for next weekend.
