In lieu of flowers.....MACC Building Fund BILL GROSSMILLER IV; 6-25-53 – 6-11-14 William John Grossmiller IV was a man that had such spirit, compassion and loyalty. Bill, 60, of Bowie, MD passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2014. Born on June 25, 1953 in Roswell, New Mexico. The son of Loretta Delores Grossmiller and the late William John Grossmiller III. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years , Barbara “Bobbi” Jean Grossmiller; his son, William John Grossmiller V and wife Kerry; his daughter, Sarah Helene Maher and husband Regis II; his daughter, Ashley Nicole Grossmiller; his son, Phillip Michael Grossmiller and wife Megan; his grandchildren, William J. Grossmiller VI, Sadie Virginia Grossmiller, Regis C. Maher III and Lauren D. Maher; sisters, Karen Powell and husband Michael, Gwen Grossmiller, Cindi Karlen and brother-in-law, Brent Godwin. Bill was a devoted husband, encouraging father, respected friend and adored by all who met him. A graduate of the University of Maryland, he owned an Allstate Insurance Agency for 35 years. He was an active member of Mid-Atlantic Community Church (MACC). A memorial service will be held to celebrate his life Monday, June 16, 2014 beginning at 2:00 p.m. at Faith Community Church, 1306 Riedel Rd. Gambrills, MD 21054 officiated by Lew Schrumm of MACC. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bill’s honor to the MACC Building Fund.
