For those who may doubt me when I say I love my neighbor, or say that following your heart is a bad thing when you dont let your mind follow the Bible 100%... Tell me, which of these positions sound more like they fulfill that Royal Law of loving your neighbor? 1). Promoting a message that states that you are helpless to fixing your problems without believing a certain way and headed for Hell. No empathy offered, no alternatives considered, and you will be disowned by your parents because you feel that to be wrong somehow. 2). Doing and saying nothing... Sitting on the couch, so to speak, and feeling like nothing needs to be changed when all around you, when our country is falling apart at the seams with the fear of global climate change, war, famine, and poverty escalating. Materialism considered greater in importance than social change, possibly... Not to make too many assumptions. Also disowned by your family if you feel like that feels wrong. 3). Networking and figuring out how we can solve our problems and offer real solutions to human trafficking, child abuse, rape, poverty, homelessness, etc. Taking charge of removing the barriers to caring for others and wanting to save the world from apathy and anger, fear, shame and sorrow which contributes to suicide, homicide, etc. Accepted by the world en masse. Decide for yourself... And if you want to join me, pick number three, my Lord! as they say on Shrek.
