For those who may not be aware, Crispy and the Beer Men occasionally capture parts of our show on video. (Pretty simple to do these days with a smartphone equipped with additional storage, and an inexpensive tripod.) A while back we set up a YouTube channel to enable our band to upload some of our material, primarily to provide decision makers at prospective venues examples of the type of songs that we cover, but also as a means of conveniently sharing the videos among ourselves, allowing us to view them at our leisure and identify areas where we can improve (sort of like they do in football). I would add that YouTube provides excellent tools to analyze your viewership. Interestingly enough, our bands videos have been viewed over 3,000 times in about five months! In addition, our viewership covers not only the U.S. In the last 30 days alone we have gotten views from folks in Canada, Sweden, the Netherlands, Great Britain, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, India, Japan, Guatemala, Brazil, and even as far away as South Africa!!! 121 individuals took the time to look at a mix if the 50 videos we have on our channel 430 times...woohoo!!!
