Penrith Stake, would like to extend an invitation to your Priest & Laurel aged youth to the upcoming Regional Priest & Laurels Ball on 19th September @ Minchinbury Chapel. The BOWTIE & TIARA Ball TICKETING For your information, tickets or registration for this event are being done electronically. So there will be NO tickets to distribute and keep track of on your behalf. Youth will be able to go to the website and register for their own tickets, and their non-member friends too. Please note, the first 400 youth to register will receive a VIP ticket, so get in quick! You will note when leaders register on the website, in the drop down box there is only 3 options for callings; Stake President, Stake YM President, and Stake YW President, & spouses. We kindly request that ONLY these leaders are invited to attend with their spouses (or person with delegated responsibility). All other leaders and parents will unfortunately not be allowed entry to the ball, in an effort to remain within budget constraints. DRESS & MUSIC We would like to take the opportunity to remind you that this is FORMAL event, and request that all guests are formally dressed. We have organised two types of music for the evening: a live jazz band from the Blue Mountains Jazz Ensemble, who will play two small sets; and the all important DJ for the majority of the evening. The band will be playing a mixture of Funk and Swing type music, so we invite you to take this opportunity to teach your Priest and Laurels how to dance with a partner for a FUN, non-romantic way to make new friends. :)
