For what a legitimate occupation in Colorado, this guy faced life in prison in Texas.. For real. Ill skip the part about how life in prison for making pot brownies is even dumber than the Muslims cutting the hands off of thieves or stoning women for showing their eyebrows & get to the states rights part. Texas is a bunch of pansies, and they should learn from Colorado in this instant. State law should trump federal law, just as you should be able to run your house as you see fit, not as your neighbors think you should. Perry & our folks in Austin talks a good game, but when it comes to the nuts & bolts of states rights & the cause of liberty, we often get our ass kicked by people like Colorado, New Hampshire & Arizona when we should be leading the way. Its not about marijuana. Its about understanding the autonomy of the states & the supreme rights of their individuals & defending those rights.
