For years those of us that have scoffed at people that think man can determine the climate have made the point that cow flatulence creates more greenhouse gasses than human beings (13% to 6%). And when you breakdown that 6%, 2% is humans breathing. We always joked with our well meaning if easily misled friends What are you going to do, outlaw cow farts? And if it was me I would break into loud laughter as the whole notion and debate is absurd. Well, the joke is on me. The Obama administration is now going to try to regulate cow farts. How exactly they plan on doing this is beyond me. Are we going to see cows with bags around their asses that can only be disposed of in properly authorized areas? Who knows? An administration that thinks it can run an industry like healthcare which it has no experience is just arrogant enough to believe it can do anything. Comical? yes. Dangerously incompetent? absofreakinlutely.
