Cold at first with isolated frost patches, then a cool day. Moderate southwesterly winds easing during the evening, with afternoon coastal sea breezes about the north. Weather Situation A trough is moving away to the east of Tasmania this evening. A strong southwesterly flow will ease tomorrow as a high over the Bight slowly approaches Tasmania during the day. The high will move out to the east of the state on Tuesday with winds tending northerly as a trough crosses the Bight. A mild to warm northerly flow is expected to persist on Wednesday before the trough reaches Tasmanias west coast late, with a cooler southerly flow on Thursday as the trough clears the east of the state in the morning.
