In case any of you who dont know, are sleeping, dont care...16 yr old Justina Pelletier was released back to her parents on 6/18/14, after being kidnapped and held for 16 mos in a psych ward at Boston Childrens Hosp, because some egomaniac doctor decided she wasnt diagnosed or treated medically correctly by her own doctor and the govt sided with them, oh BTW, there was nothing psychologically wrong with her-she has/had a medical condition, this evidently, turns out, was an excuse for them to do experimental treatments on her without needing to get pesky consents. A bill in the Massachusetts Legislature which would have overruled the judge and freed Justina immediately, HD 4212, written by MassResistance and filed on April 4, was blocked by the Democratic leadership in the House, despite national outrage and a flood of calls and emails from across the country. Any “proud liberals” care to address this? Who in the Democratic so-called leadership participated in this denial of justice? Thanks much to the parents of this young girl, they never stopped fighting for her release.
