Forever Home Wanted: Lita Lita is a spayed, female Dutch Shepherd, who is approximately 6 months old. Lita is the perfect mixture of sweet and sassy, with a little bit of tenacity thrown in. She becomes hypnotized when you pet her, but when she is bored or frustrated, she will definitely protest. Lita has minimal ball drive, but with some work could likely be developed so as to get her involved in a canine sport such as dock diving or agility. Lita is also extremely alert to her environment. The very slightest movement of a rabbit or squirrel has her ready for the chase, so herding might be a strong possibility for this puppy. She does have decent food drive, she is crate trained, knows some basic obedience, and she gets along well with other dogs. Dutch Shepherds are an extremely smart working breed, and Lita would do best with an active and experienced dog owner who can provide her with the leadership and mental stimulation that she will need.
