Forget What You Know About Grilling. Grass-fed is a Different Beast! How often have you brought home grass-fed meat from the farmer’s market, only to be disappointed with the final product? Too dry, too tough. Not at all what you expected. Odds are, it is because you were cooking the way you have always cooked conventional meats. The biggest mistake people make when cooking grass-fed meat is over-cooking it. Ready to readjust your technique? There is a definite difference in how you cook grass-fed vs. conventional, commercial meat. We have two words for you… Time and Temperature.
