Forget government. Forget politics. Forget policy. Stand up and thank a first responder today for putting their lives on the line for us not just 13 years ago, but every single day. For our military, our firefighters, our EMTs and police, for the ones that may not necessarily agree with all the politics and bs they put up with, but are still there to help us when we need it most and will always be there for the brother/sister they are standing next to. You cant buy that type of loyalty. Only certain people are born with it....Altruism at its finest. And those people will always get my utmost respect.
