Forgiveness is a tough subject. Theres a shit load of misinformation, half truths and bullshit out there. Essentially its about recognizing that the one who we should forgive is costing way too much of our energy and something needs to be released. Sounds great, but not such an easy thing. One thing that helped me was to recognize that everyone does the best they can - given what they know at the time - even if its horrible - its all they could do. I invite you to challenge me on that. I could say more and perhaps I can learn something more. In the meantime, on my own forgiveness journey, I was just blessed with finding this.
