Former Blackburn Rovers striker Nikola Kalinić is one of four - TopicsExpress

Former Blackburn Rovers striker Nikola Kalinić is one of four changes to the starting line-up after Croatias 2-1 defeat by Belgium on Friday. Coach Igor Stimac has resisted the temptation to make wholesale changes with nine players in danger of missing the first leg of the play-offs should they pick up a booking tonight. Luka Modric, Vedran Corluka, Mario Mandzukic, Niko Kranjcar, Nikica Jelavic, Gordon Schildenfeld, Ivan Strinic, Eduardo and Ognjen Vukojevic are all in that position. However, Stimac makes only four changes, with former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Niko Kranjcar coming into the side along with Darijo Srna, Ognjen Vukojević and Kalinic. Sime Vrsalkjko, Mateo Kovacic, Ivan Rakitic, Ivan Perisic miss out.
