Former British Prime Minister Sir John Major left school at 16 after his Olevels and went to work at Standard Chartered Bank as a clerk. He subsequently rose through the political ranks to become an MP, Chancellor and Foreign Minister, before succeeding Maggie Thatcher as Tory Party leader and PM in November 1990 when she resigned. He went on to win the 1992 general elections and left office in 1997. Going by Sam Georges 3rd Class impeccable logic, Sir John Major did not deserve to be a messenger at 10 Downing Street, if even 3rd class graduates do not deserve to lead a country.
