Former Illinois State Trooper, Matt Mitchell, made his fourth appeal to have his license reinstated after losing it as a result of his guilty plea for reckless homicide six years ago. Mitchell killed Jessica and Kelli Uhl in November of 2007 after driving 126 mile per hour while talking on his cell phone on Interstate 64. He crossed the median and hit the sisters car. For this he received 20 years probation and lost his license. His appeal was again unsuccessful. What are your thoughts?
