Former World No. 1 Roger Federer hopes to come back to top three in the ATP Rankings, where he was just trailed by his fellow country mate Stanislas Wawrinka by 515 points at No. 3 place respectively. 32-year-old Roger Federer, who had climbed a place to No. 4 with 5225 points in the latest ATP Rankings, he needs just 515 points to surpass Stan Wawrinka No. 3 place with 5740 points. Swiss Maestro will have to continue similar form on clay courts, where he might face difficult challenge agianst King of clay Rafael Nadal and World number two Novak Djokovic in upcoming ATP tournaments. Roger Federer will return back to court in Geneva, where he is going to be part of Switzerland’s Davis Cup team to clash against Kazakhstan from 4th to 6th April, being played here on indoor hard courts. Federer is going to join along with Stan Wawrinka in doubles matches in Davis Cup, where he wants to play high level tennis to lead his nation against Kazakhstan. Rafael Nadal has been leading men’s singles at top place, while Novak Djokovic holds second place in the ATP Rankings. Both the tennis champions are going to fight hard for top place in 2014 season and Nadal is looking very aggressive to swing clay court season from this month.
