I HAD THE BEST TIME DOING NEXT WEEKS PODCAST CABARABIA on Global Voice Broadcasting A CONVERSATION WITH ELI BRUEGGEMANN from Saturday Night Live- (Once again, had to pre-record to catch Eli while he was in L.A. before he returns to NYC) You watch the first broadcast on Monday, February 24 at 2pm PST or at your own convenience in the archives- gvbradio/cabarabia Eli, was one of the leading young Jazz pianists/arrangers in L.A. a couple of years ago and I had the great pleasure of working with him on several projects...I always loved and admired him, so it was no great surprise when the good folks at SNL invited him into their circle and for the last couple of years, his day job has been writing and arranging the music for the likes of Justin Timberlake, Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, Bruce Willis, Mick Jagger....etc. etc. etc. It couldnt have happened to a nicer or more deserving guy and he is wearing it very well....We had a really great conversation about his new cd, his past leading up to the fancy day job, and his beautiful wife and two children.....oh.....and SNL too. https://facebook/events/487280798057637/
