The Chinese of ROC in exile has committed the war crimes with no statute of limitations in terms of (1) the Ethnic Cleansing, (2) the 228 Massacre and (3) the 70 year long Terrorism Rules in the name of ROC and its Staled constitution on the US occupied territory of Formosa and the Pescadores per SFPT of 1952. Then, the Terrorism rule is still the on-going issue of today. The 95% or more positions of chain of command have been occupied by the Chinese fled to Taiwan from the mainland China. The staled constitution and the ruined state of ROC is still in effective on Taiwan. All the election of local governmental officers including the presidential election of ROC (not President of Taiwan) is going well. The effective votes consisted more than 80% are from the people of Taiwan ethnic (who is not carrying the legal nationality of ROC), and the Chinese ethnic is about 20% more or less. Most of them have arranged their future in USA or in PRC just in case PRC invades Formosa and the Pescadores. We had about 650 persons that did not attract Uncle Sam to support us in action. Yes, it was a good start to tell the people of Taiwan that ROC in exile has no right to occupy Taiwan and enforce their ruined ROC in exile and the Staled Constitution. It is the terror. *** Our suggestion of the short term: We demand USA can create a scholar ship for the native Formosan to study in the West Point military academy and the air staff college etc., to break the Slavery of ROC in exile, where the position on chain of command has been occupied 95% or more by Chinese of ROC in exile. After the school, it might be good to have the one year duty in the front. They will be the power of the main body for Taiwan Military and or Police when Taiwan position is normalized. It will be a part of power to take a role in the US-Japan Security Agreement, Asia Rebalance and also Asia Pivot Strategy, instead of keeping a time-bomb names ROC in exile (PRC insists they are a part of PRC, and it is accepted by the world.) It is suggested to have 20-50 persons each year from Taiwan, and we would like to be authorized to nominate the double number for your final decision. Our suggestion of the long term: We do understand it takes some times before USA will put it on the paper to forbid Taiwan Authority per TRA of 1979 to use the ruined ROC name and its Staled constitution. The Taiwan Autonomy shall be organized and all Chinese elements shall be completely eliminated in order to avoid any wrong claims from PRC. Under Taiwan Autonomy, there is (1) No issue of unification with PRC. (2) No ROC and any Chinese elements on Taiwan. (3) Taiwan Autonomy shall be organized under the Constitution of USA until the people of Taiwan to decide their future by the referendum in the 22nd century. The people of Taiwan deserves to have their own re-education for hundred years.--- Because two Taiwanese Presidents of ROC in exile considered Taiwan is the territory of ROC and even the largest self-descried Taiwan opposite party DPP says ROC is the sovereign state of Taiwanese that is the products of the Terror rules.
