The formula is very simple Positive mindset +smart training+ clean nutrition+ recovery = results😄 Its that simple, however that formula requires hard work and dedication. Thats not to say you cant make it enjoyable, of course you can, as a matter of fact, its essential otherwise its not sustainable. Try these tips ✔️write your goals down , create a vision board to help you visualise your goals, write daily gratitude statements to help you stay positive😄❤️ ✔️dont diet ! Find whole, unprocessed foods that you enjoy eating and learn how to control your portion sizes.😊🍴🍴 ✔️learn to cook and dont be afraid to experiment with food. This will ensure that you are in control of your nutrition.😄🍴🍴 ✔️ find a type of exercise that is beneficial and you enjoy, then find a training parter or numerous training partners to help motivate you.😄💪💪 ✔️ dont overdo the exercise , 2/3 sessions a week is adequate, get 8 hours sleep every night to facilitate good recovery😄💤💤💤 ✔️ track your results by taking body fat, if not tracking your results then youll never know if its working ✔️apply the 80/20 rule, be good 80% of the time, allow 20% for work and social occasions.🎊🎉 Forget about the quick fix solutions, apply all the tips above and they will serve you well in the future.
