Fortunately I dont have any seriously stupid/ignorant people on my FB site Im so opposed to the rantings of extremist from both sides but especially so from the Australian Red Neck, beer swilling, football following 4WD turkey with the loud opinion... (go that off my chest) Listening to an interesting discussion this morning about the heightened fears of moderate Muslims and the threats and violence that has been inflicted on them by the above bunch since Tony Abbott created that diversion from his mismanagement.. It seems that Muslims have been with us in the country since the very early days as Afghans Camel Drivers ( and were an integral part of the growth of this country) and the oldest Mosque in Australia is 150 years old... With the goings on in some parts of Australia when approval for the building of a Mosque is sought you would think we were asking for child sacrifices. The Gold Coast, which is a small representation of everything that is wrong with our society, has recently staged demonstrations and stopped the construction of a Mosque.... Rant over...
