Forty years ago today I married the woman I love. I remember it as if it was yesterday. We wanted a big party for our families and friends. To do that we had to do many things ourselves....like decorating the reception hall, the liquid refreshments and much more. We started that November 10th early in the morning working as a team for the big event. We have been working as a team ever since. We also have respected and encouraged each other’s interest. That is why this weekend Mary is with friends in the Mohave Desert doing what she loves....geocaching. And of course she encourages me to fish some, maybe more than just some. Later this week we are going to the Paso Robles area to do some serious team wine tasting. One day we will be on our own and the next as part of a tour. The tour is a Jeep Back Country Tour where we will see the area from a different vantage point. It is hard to believe that it has been forty years…………………Mary I love you as much today as I did on November 10, 1973!
