Found a woman on FB land bragging about abusing her dog and wanting to clip its vocal cords. She laughs about it and thinks its funny! The dog has a neck that is rubbed raw and the poor thing is shocked constantly by a collar. She also works for animal control for her city and posts inappropriate things in her uniform. This is outrageous! Hoping this woman is let go from her place of employment and her poor dog is retrieved and going back to the breeder. Please people- if you see things like this: SPEAK UP!! Your voice can be heard. We all know mine can be!
